Lauren's 30-year career as a voice artist has everything you'd expect in top-quality voice talent.  She started as a child and was steadily in demand on community radio and in-house narrowcasting.  A Masters degree in Journalism led to an eight-year stint as a network TV news anchor before disillusionment with the industry led her to a new path.

In 1993, Lauren struck out as a full-time freelance voiceover artist, working local production houses in the greater Toronto area.  She has voiced hundreds of radio and TV ads.  She edged out a niche as a warm, assured corporate voice on training and promotional videos for banks, hospitals, governments and corporations.  Her documentary narrations, e-learning recordings,
IVR and on-hold messaging are second to none.

Lauren may be best known to the casual TV viewer as host of the series, "Backyard Cookin'" on the Life Network in Canada, still in reruns in some areas.  She has continued to appear on-camera in corporate, educational and commercial productions, and is regularly tapped as an announcer for live events and awards shows.  View Lauren's CV here.
